Call for Papers
All submissions must be in English and formatted according to the IOS Press style for Studies in Health Technology and Informatics.

Submissions length:
Full papers must not exceed five pages.
Workshops and Panels must not exceed three pages.
Posters and Short Communication Papers must not exceed two pages.
Both paper (5 pages) and short paper/poster (2 pages) will be published in the proceedings and indexed (Scopus, PubMed).
Papers will have 10 minutes for oral presentation. Short papers will have 5 minutes for oral presentation and the possibility to show a poster that will be available on a big screen during a coffee break or lunch.
Suggested Structure:
The Full paper structure should be: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements and References. The Abstract length must not exceed 300 words.
Workshop and Panel submissions should not exceed 3 pages. The structure of the proposals should be: Title, Proposers, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Organization of the Panel/Workshop, Objectives, Program, Participants, Intended outcome.
Posters and Short Communication Papers proposals should not exceed 2 pages. Their structure should be the same as the one for full papers. The proposed sections could be merged. Abstract length must not exceed 120 words. References are required.
All submissions will be subject to a peer-review process by independent reviewers.
The Scientific Programme Committee will reject submissions that do not follow the IOS Press templates or that exceed the specified page length.
Accepted Submissions require physical attendance and presentation in the conference of at least one of the Authors in order to be included in the Conference Proceedings book and published.

Conference proceedings will be published with open access in the IOS Press series Studies in Health Technology and Informatics.
Full Papers, Posters and Short Communication Papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
